Rather than a fixed package, we customise the selection based on your property's layout, strengths, and selling strategy. Often this includes the living area, dining space, master bedroom, and entry - but it may vary depending on what will showcase the home best.

This option offers maximum visual impact without the cost of full-home staging.

Full Home Staging

We furnish and style every room in the home to create a consistent, welcoming feel throughout.

This option is ideal when you want the entire property to present as a finished, move-in ready space. Suitable for homes up to three bedrooms.

1. Home Visit - We view the property to assess layout, style, and and staging needs.

2. Quote Sent - A detailed quote is emailed within 24-48 hours.

3. Booking - Once approved, we lock in a staging date and prepare your tailored inventory.

4. Install Day - We deliver and style everything, ready for your photography and listing.

In-Home Consultation

A supportive, side-by-side walk-through with tailored advice for every room.

Includes a personalised staging report, styling checklists, and photo guides—plus the option to book a hands-on Blitz Session if you would like help bringing the plan to life.

Home Prep Sessions

A focused, hands-on styling session to implement the staging plan we created for your home during your consultation.

Choose a half-day or full-day option as we work alongside you to declutter, rearrange, and style key areas using your existing furniture and décor—maximising impact in the time you've booked.

Linen Packages (Add-On)

Beautiful bed styling for up to 4 weeks - delivered, styled, and collected after the sale.
